Just for the fun of it I took a really mediocre picture from a dark and overcast day and did my best with it using Photoshop... Notice the ugly brown waves now have a slight green tint and the little rocks on the beach have a bit of color not to mention the clouds have more life to them. Now imagine what fun in Photoshop a person can have with a good picture to start with!
Thank goodness for Photoshop!

ReplyDeleteIt makes all the difference in the world. I can't tell you how many photos photoshop has saved for me. Computers can be a pain in the butt sometimes but other times such as photoshop they come in really handy.

ReplyDeleteI'm no expert, in fact far from it when it comes to Photoshop. If I use or even know how to use 1/100th of the features Photoshop has to offer I'd be surprised. I basically use three adjustments for most of my pictures. Brightness and contrast, Brightening of shadows and highlight recovery for areas that are too bright. And lastly sharpening.
If you get a chance to play with Photoshop don't be intimidated by all the bells and whistles, also there is a great deal of information on the internet by other users.
