One of the big draws to Sedona, AZ are the landscapes. Just about everything is big and colorful.
Lots of reds, tans and browns in the dirt. I wish I could have been there for a few sunsets and sunrises but this was just a day trip up from Phoenix, AZ
The rock formations in the area are spectacular and since Sedona is higher in elevation than Phoenix it stays about 10 degrees cooler than Phoenix. In the summer ten degrees can make a very big difference.
All 3 of these pictures are exelent! I can see where a fellow would want to spend a few days watching the light to get the best shot. A red sunrise or sunset would really complement these formations.
