This is me cleaning a salmon getting it ready to put in the smoker. Have you ever seen two better behaved dogs? I can honestly say that this is the only time either of these dogs actually listen when I say sit, they both love raw salmon!
My Step-Son works at a fish processing plant and gave me that particular fish if I remember corectly. Honestly though around here quite often fishermen just give you fish if you happen to be down around the docks and they have salmon. My Wife is the fisherman in the family not me but I'm sure good at smoking and eating them!
