Looks like one of those WWI German Pilots, only the bird can't take the ugly goggles off after he's done flying... I really like this shot, the subject is crisp and the background is just the right amount of blurry giving the bird good contrast. Nice shooting.
I'm not sure what the ornothological name for this bird is but around here we call them "turkey buzzards". They will each just about anything.
