DON'T TREAD ON ME !!
Happened on to this reptile crossing the road last month while visiting and camping in Ron's neck of the woods.
Thought this might go with Ron's last post of Buffalo or things with Attitudes in the Mountains.
I did manage to gently persuade him back into the brush before he got into trouble with a car.mp
That snake must be Mexican... He's packing one of those rattles around with him!

It looks like he wasn't too happy to see you taking his photo. I'm not sure I would have persuaded him off the road, a big ole car tire might be just the thing for him!

In Texas we normally have this one soaking in beer batter, and drop in hot peanut oil. Hungry anyone?
