Not much left of this small log salvage boat. Steel boats can last for many years, but you have to keep on top of the paint work. Salt water will corode exposed steel very quickly!There were bits and pieces of boat all around the area... Engine, prop shaft broken glass etc, but someone must have found the treasure chest already as it wasn't anywhere to be found! LOL
That looks like an empty chest right in the middle of your photo!! LOL
