You might not be there yet but it looks like you are well setup camera gear wise for when you do get there! Are you going to be able to post to the blog while you are away? Hope so.
Oh yea! I just downloaded the new NIK software to the laptop yesterday so I will be taking it with me so I can process photos and post every now and then while we are there.
It's nice to travel without the kids. Hopefully, it will be a sucessful trip for you, and looking foreward to see your pictures when you back home in -10F. LOL
Have you and Cheryl explored the Kihei or Makena areas much?? Great snorkeling and some fun places to eat. Lots less crowded than the Lahaina area. Let me know if you get a wild hair and decided to venture to Molokai. I am sure my friend Diane would be happy to take you for a wonderful hike to see the monk seals. Have a great time!!
We checked out Kihei and Makena one day on our last trip but since we had my in-laws with us we didn't get to really do the things we wanted. We will be there longer this trip and by ourselves so we are going to be going to a lot of spots we missed or didn't spend much time at before.
I appreciate you setting us up with your friend. I will let you know if we decide to get off Maui.
