Butterfly on Thistle


I managed to get a few nice shots of this beautiful Butterfly before it flew away and out of sight. In hindsight I might have used a smaller aperture setting so more of the Butterfly's wings were in focus, oh well, there's always next time!

    That's a really nice shot. Probably hand held too. LOL

      Not only hand held but it was a breezy day and everything was swaying around in and out of focus, lucky I got a presentable picture at all actually!
