Thin Air

I don't know why but I am always drawn to the top of Haleakala, the dormant volcano on Maui. My wife thinks it's cold and desolate, which it is, but the colors are just amazing to me.

And how often do you get to climb around on a volcano!

Beautiful view from your lofty vantage point!

Nice thing about climbing around on volcanoes even if it's cold you'll always have warm feet!
