Halemaumau Crater
This volcano located in Volcano National Park in Big Island of Hawaii. You only see the lava glowing if you stick around this area after 7:00 PM. This is my first trip to the big island, and there's a lot to see in this island! Due to family activities, and my allergies I didn't have a lot of time to adventure the island. But, I did get to see about 3/4 of the island. My most favorite part of the island is on the East side driving from Hilo to the north. If you go here with the family for the beach, the West side of the island is the place you need to stay. Other than that, there's more green on the East, and the North of the island, but less beach to access. I will try to work some more photos in the next few days, and trying to adjust the Hawaii transition into my normal life.

Now I'm jealous! I would love to shoot the volcano.
ReplyDeleteYou should know by now there is no adjusting from Hawaii to normal life, only waiting for the time when you can go back to Hawaii!
That's quite the sight you've captured there!
ReplyDeleteSounds like the North East part of the Big Island would be worth taking a few days to explore!
What.........you went to the Big Island??? What about your favorite island??? Next time I hope!!
