Quatse Lake Water Treatment Plant
It never snows here on Vancouver Island, or at least it didn't for three Winters in a row... Then this year it just won't quit! It started a couple of weeks before Christmas and hasn't warmed up enough to rain ever since. More snow in the forecast tonight.
I feel for you Paul! I hope this weather give you any problems! If we have just a 1/3 amount of snow you have, everything is dead stop.
