The first 2 pictures it was shot through the tinted window, and it's hard to keep the camera still on the tripod due to the building rocking side way from the high wind. By the way, I have to hide my tripod in the bag due to no tripod allowed in the observatory
deck. Also, this is a beautiful city, and clean. I would love to visit again, but not during the holiday, it just too hard to get anywhere due to the traffic in the city.
You have some amazing pictures from Chicago, the first two pictures make it look like you are closer to the clouds than the ground!
ReplyDeleteOne of these days you are going to get busted for using your tripod in the wrong place... Probably see the whole thing go down on CNN. Ha ha!
Man o Man! Have spent many of my Sundays in the summer on that beach while working in the Windy City! Looks like you have found Grant Park in your last shot! The annual Jazz Fest held there is spectacular!
ReplyDeleteGreat to see you posting again!! Great photos of Chicago. Looks forward to what else you were able to capture while you were there.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Paul on these, you do look closer to the clouds than the ground and they are amazing shots. Do you ever take a bad shot?? LOL
