It was a two mile hike back to where this waterfall is and I was hoping for something really spectacular but I had to settle for mediocre instead.
I'm headed back into the wildernss on Friday to a waterfall on the backside of Haleakala. Hopefully the rain this week will have it looking like I want. I've never been to the falls I'm going to on Friday so this should be interesting.
Looks pretty spectacular to me! Though I agree a little more water in the falls would have made for some better photo opps.
