What initially makes this picture appealing is that it is balanced. From there the eye explores the picture because of the initial interest.I like this picture also! Two subjects with no distractions. Nicely done!
This is a great shot! The wife and I were sitting on the front porch listening to the elk bugle about two days ago and I saw almost the exact same picture but I was too lazy to get up and go get the camera!
