Smoked Salmon first batch of the year...


Secret recipe brine, light Alder smoke and honey glazed but you wouldn't like it, it's an acquired taste... :)

    Oh man!!!! You are killing me Paul..... These smoked salmon is one of the main reason I want to come back to see you. When is a good time to visit Port Hardy for Salmon season?

      Bring your fishing rod any time between mid July and mid September and you can catch them right off the local beaches. Don't even need a boat!
