Lurking beneath the surface

It's not the bass Parker was looking for but you have to take what you can get.

I took this at one of the local creeks just as the fish was breaking the surface to get something to eat.

    Hey, I like that shot! Do you know what kind of fish that is ? It has a catfish mouth but it looks like scales on its body so that doesn't fit. This pic proves that his camera needs to be ready at all times.

    I think this is a carp but I wouldn't quote me on that. I just called it a BIG fish! LOL

    Good call! I just Goggled it and it looks like a Grass Carp ! Big Fish also sounds just fine to me! LOL

    That big fish is lucky you had a camera and not a gun or spear or something...LOL Great shot Ron!
    I agree with Parker about keeping a camera within reach at all times, cause you never know...
