In a Galaxy far, far away...



Just a couple of more photos from the late night this past weekend. 

The first shot is a 173 second shutter using the Ioptron Star Tracker. If you look closely just to the right of the milky way core you will see two small green streaks. This was a lightning bug photo bombing my shot. 

The last shot was taken in my front yard.

    1. Sounds good to me Q. I can hook up the camper and we can go to the lake and shoot Ospreys during the day and stars at night.

  4. Photo bombed by a bug... You should have told us it was a meteorite!

    Both really nice captures! That star tracker really opens the door to long exposure night shots of the heavens.
