Blue Reflections

We were headed to the top of Haleakala one day and came across a wetland preserve on Maui. There wasn't a lick of wind and the water was as smooth as you could ever ask for so we stopped along the road and took a few photos.

In honor of Paul I took this hand held. Well, actually, I was just too lazy to get my tripod out of the car.

  2. Just want to let you know your Maui pictures this year are in different level, and I really enjoying to see your post as well as Aaron photos.

    1. Thanks Q! I'm learning that quality is more important than quantity (most of the time anyway). I always want to rush the process and I'm learning to slow down some and see the picture before I take it.

  3. Thank you Ron for the honor... The word "Hand held" has so many negative connotations when it comes to snapping pictures, I like to think if it more as "tripod free appendage steadied" photography. :)

Great picture by the way, love the reflection, so blue!
