While searching for a good noise reduction plug in for Photoshop I stumbled across RAW Therapee,a free photo editing software for use with .raw and .jpeg images. Though a little rough around the edges it looks like quite a capable stand alone program and even has some nice noise reduction adjustments which is what I was looking for. Not a replacement for Photoshop, Lightroom or NIK photo editing software by any stretch but the price is right!
