I did take this with the Sigma lens. The osprey was flying directly overhead so I was shooting handheld and straight up, trying to follow him as he was flying. I got everything in the photo except the tip of his right wing so I cropped the photo so both wings would match.
I want to write a poem for this image and put them on my Word Garden blog, but i naturally need your permission to use the image, with credit of course. May I do that?

ReplyDeleteI'll bet you had your Sigma 150-500 lens on the camera and couldn't zoom out far enough to get the entire bird in the picture...
Don't seem to matter what lens I have on the camera it's almost always the wrong one when something exciting happens. Ha ha!
