It rained on and off again all afternoon on the North end of Vancouver Island but it made for some nice rainbow pictures like this one at Storey's Beach near Port Hardy.
That's a nice full rainbow! I've been wanting to shoot some of those myself but I just haven't been out at the right times.
Your title reminded me of what my neighbor told me when we first moved here. He's full Hawaiian and speaks the pigeon but when I asked him about how the weather changes during the winter her his answer was "we got two wetters here, wet or dry, dats it"
