For the most part it's been a pretty mild summer. We had a few days in July that reached 100 degrees and a few last week but other than those days it's stayed in the high 80s and low 90s all summer which has been nice. We were also getting rain about once a week. It wasn't enough to fill the ponds up but it kept the grass watered. Hopefully we'll have a mild winter this year. I want to get out and do some fall bird photography at one of the wildlife refuges once the birds start to migrate and I would prefer not to freeze my lens off while doing it. LOL
had to search for the moon, but found it! have been loving some swishy skies here, too.
ReplyDeletePays to look up. White clouds and blue skies make a nice capture.
ReplyDeleteSwishy skies... I like that! TexWisGirl could have been a weather announcer. ha ha!
ReplyDeleteNice capture, how you doing for rain so far this summer? Haven't heard quite as much about hot and dry down your way this year compared to last year.
