They say justice is blind but in this case, she's made of wood and wears a really strange bra! This was carved on a still standing dead tree in front of a home that had been converted into a law office. The things people do!
Interesting shot, this isn't the first carved tree or stump you have posted. We have quite a bit of that sort of thing on the West Coast too. Mostly bored out of work loggers with nothing better to do. Kinda like logger graphiti I guess.
