Home on the Range

I was having coffee this morning and looked out the window to see this view. I thought, it's only 6:30 a.m. it can't be that hot yet, so I grabbed the camera and headed out into the field to get the shot.

It felt good taking a photo, I should do it more often.

  1. okay, what kind of processing did you do to this? that's too pretty to be real!

if it is real, as is, i dare say, prairie skies kick hawaii skies all to pieces!

    1. 100% real Tex. It's an HDR image made from six bracketed shots laid on top of each other and blended together.

And I would agree, Kansas skies do have their moments!
