Ripples in the sand

The wave action makes some nice landscape underwater. The hard part is staying still long enough to get the photo since the waves are constantly moving you around.

And then of course you have to deal with the locals getting in your shots!

  1. as i read your words, i could have gotten sea sick with the rocking of the waves. :)

  2. So many facinating things under the water.

  3. That is a good looking local!

  4. I think they said they have to deal with the tourists everyday!

  5. Shouldn't you be using a tripod and a remote shutter release? :)
    Both beautiful captures!

    1. As crazy as it sounds, I actually thought about putting some wieghts on a tripod and sinking it but then I realized I would have to do the same thing to myself and that didn't seem like the smart thing to do! LOL

  6. I really like the top shot with all the sand ripples. It is a neat perspective. The turtle shot is great also.

  7. Very neat! I've only seen the surface of the ocean and the beach, so it's interesting to have a look down under!
