I guess it's just about that time. The leaves on the trees are starting to change and drop off and the soy beans are starting to turn and will be ready for harvest in about a month. Pretty soon I will be posting photos of snow instead of flowers!Man, I need a tropical vacation!

What do soy beans do when they turn and do they harvest the beans when still green or after they dry out and become hard?
