The high country of Arizona

I took these four years ago when we were in Sedona, AZ. Cheryl was nice enough to let me spend a few days treasure hunting near Mesa, AZ so I treated her to a day in Sedona. It sounded fair to me. LOL

I did some post processing with these in the new NIK software which helped a lot. I have come a long way in my photograhy in just a few years and looking back at my older photos definitley shows it. I have to give credit to everyone here on the blog for making me want to take better photos, especially Q. Even though he makes me grumble every now and then when he post photos I don't think I could ever take. LOL

  1. These came out good!

I can think back to a few pictures I've discarded that I should have kept before I did post processing... Knowing what I know now I could have made them quite presentable.

  2. Color came out nice. Post processing programs make it possible to save alot of pics. Like what the process can do for old faded pics, color or B/W.

  3. There's nothing to hide in photography if you're not doing as a business. Therefore, I'm willing to share anything I know in photography with anyone want to know. You going to get there one day if you keep practicing. By the way, I like the skies on the first picture.

  4. The beautiful southwest. Like the scenery thru Oak Creek Canyon.
