Kailua Bay Beach Park, not many tourists here, in fact just ourselves the rest were all locals. The Town of Kailua is on the Windward side of Oahu and is lush and green. Were my Wife and I ever to win the lottery this is the area I would be drawn to. It's nice to dream...
