What's on your menu for Christmas dinner?

I made this from few weeks ago. This is very easy to make, and it tooks me about 1/2 hour from start to finish. This dish is call Seafood crispy noodles.

I assumed everyone are done for your Christmas shopping! The stocking is full of Nikon stuffs from your love ones. Yeah, I hope my stocking containing a D3X, and a 600mm lense.
Beside the nice presents, what are you cooking for your Christmas dinner? For me I'm thinking a Prime Roast, and a roast Turkey.

  1. Chef " Q " that is one fine looking dish you created ! How about sharing the receipe? My wife and I like easy to make meals.

Prime Roast and Turkey are always a good choice. Our Christmas dinners always are Turkey and Dressing with giblet gravy and mashed potatoes. Ham with sweet potato cassorole, green bean cassorole, deviled eggs, cranberries, homemade hot rolls and pies and cakes. Sweet tea by the gallons and coffee for the desserts. Plenty of pillows and afgans for the nap after we all stuff are self silly! LOL

  4. Parker, this is not a Vietnamese dish, I just trying to make looks the same as the one I ate at the Chinese restuarant. However, my dish taste better than them. I always eyeball the ingredients when I make this dish. Therefore, just look at the picture, and you have pretty good ideas how much the ingredients you need.

    Ingredients:
4 tbsp Cornstarch powder mixed in 1.5 cup of cold water.
    Cilantro
    Carrots
    Baby corns
    Agaricus bisporus mushrooms
    Baby Bok choy
    Chopped Garlic
    Chopped Red Scallions
    Salt
    Black Peppers
    Pilled Shrimps
    Squids
    Fish balls
Fresh Egg noodles "ask a person at the Asian store to show you which egg noodles that they eat with Wonton soup."

    Directions:
    1. Separate the noodles, and form them almost same side as your serving dish. Then put the noodles on the large frying pan, use the same amount of oil like you fry the chikens, and the temp. should be 350F. Fry the noodles until golden brown, then put on the serving dish.

    2. Stir fry the vegetable with the seafood.
Use a large frying pan, put about 2-3 tbsp of oil on the hot frying pan, and cook on the high heat.

Sauteed the chopped garlic, and red scallions until brown. Add the carrots, and Bok choy cook about 2 mins.
Add the mushrooms cook about 1 min.
Add all the Seafoods cook for 2 min. You may have to add .5 to 1 cup of water to make the sauce.
Seasoning with Soy sauce, and salt.
Add the cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Then pour on top on the fried noodles.
