The weather finally broke. I didn't expect it to be in the middle of August but it was only 76 degrees yesterday! It's only supposed to be in the 80's for the next 5-6 days.
Well, not around here, we have to face triple digits for the next few days. This is a nice picture, I like the Moon being in the frame. You have pick a right place to take this picture.
However, I would use the crops line for my foreground to lead to the clouds in the background. Also, this field would be great a place to shoot Sunset. Just set my camera on the tripod low enough to pickup the crops line, then shoot with f/16.
By the way there's a rumors on a new D4 camera news coming out on 08/27, and three more new lenses.
Thanks for the tips Q. I will have to wait for the clouds to be just right for a sunset. This photo was taken looking to the south. We're expecting some rain tomorrow so maybe it will bring in just the right sky for me to try a sunset here.
I had thought about shooting the crop lines to lead into the clouds but they were to fare to the east to line up right and the clouds were dissipating pretty fast to the east, out of the picture.
A D4??? I haven't even gotten a D3 yet! LOL
I wonder what will be different with it? I can't imagine they would put more pixels in it. Maybe a faster processor for more frames per second?
Now that is some Good News! And what is equally nice is some of that coolness made its way to Oklahoma!
