Mellow Yellow

The Yellow Chairs
'No Working Or Thinking Allowed'

Sunday was just such a day!
After a busy week of activities in this self imposed toil; Recharging the inner batteries was in order!
Yellow chairs were not to be had, but my leather recliner was a good substitute!

  1. Yes recharging of the inner batteries is a definite necessity!

But I'm a little baffled... How do the yellow chairs play into this?

    1. Sitting outside in one of the yellow chairs along Medicine Creek would have been my preferred spot, instead of inside the house in my recliner.

    2. Du-Oh as Homer Simpson puts it... I was thinking way too hard, I thought there might have been some deeper meaning or hidden connection to the colored chairs in Kauai that Q has posted a couple of times!

  2. I know that spot! Cheryl has been wanting to stay there.

Add a fishing pole and a cold drink and you could kill an afternoon "recharging".

    1. Just don't bait the hook. Might catch a fish and have to reel it in and then clean it. Too much like work!

    2. Always thinking! I like that. You definitely wouldn't want to creat any work while being mellow. LOL

  3. I, too, would prefer to sit quietly, perhaps reading, in one of those yellow chairs with my DH beside me and my loyal dog, Maggie, at my feet. Great colors and serene scene. But happy that you got to rest at least in another comfy chair!

  5. Hi Parker! So good to come by and take a look at what you guys are doing! I've missed it. And I do know what you mean about those yellow chairs. Just the thing when a little shut down time is needed! You take care and keep on clicking! Merry Christmas to you and a very Happy New Year!
