On the inside looking out

I took a hike in the sweltering heat the other day (not the brightest thing I've ever done) and I came across this small cave that looked like the perfect hideout. There is only one way to approach the cave and once you are in it you can literally see for miles so no one would be sneaking up on you.

I sat and wondered who may have been there a century or two before me.

  1. What an interesting find! Start poking around a place like this for anything that looks a little out of place... Never know what you might find!

Around here scorched or fire cracked rocks are the tell tale signs that a place has been used in the past. These signs last for many hundreds of years even in out wet climate.

  2. Nice place with a view!

I agree with Paul , you never know what you will find.

As for wandering , I'm wandering when my next hike will be!?
