Spotted this fellow last weekend making his way South with the NorthWesterly at his stern. It was a beautiful day and I was out hiking at the time.Not the highest quality picture, but I posted it for it's composition more than anything.

I like this shot. Having the mountains in the background make it even more interesting. It looks like a lone explorer headed to sea for an around the world trip.
ReplyDeleteIt would have been great if the sky behind the mountains would have been a different shade just to make the ridgeline "pop" a little more.
The white caps, the white sails, the white snow on the mountains, brings my eyes from the bottom all the way to the top. That is a tall photo. Very nice !
